Hey glow-getter! Here's everything you need to know about how your Rōro goodies get to you:

📦 Order Processing

  • We process orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your glow on the go.

⏳ Delivery Timeline

  • Our average delivery time is 4 to 8 business days depending on your location.

  • Metro cities usually receive orders a bit faster, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

💌 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India!

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small COD fee of ₹100 applies.

📍 Delivery Locations

  • We currently ship all over India.

  • International shipping isn’t available yet — but we’re working on it!

🚫 Order Issues or Delays?

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within 10 days, don’t worry — just email us at support@shoproro.in and we’ll sort it out ASAP.
